1. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before they have been processed for shipment.

Once an order has entered fulfillment, it cannot be cancelled.

If the order has not yet been prepared for dispatch, the payment will be refunded to the original payment method.


2. Nature of Products

Due to the hygienic and personal care characteristics of our products, items cannot be returned once they have been shipped or delivered.

For health and safety reasons, opened or used products are not eligible for return.

 

3. Shipping Information Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details entered during checkout are accurate and complete.

MyStore cannot guarantee modifications once an order has been submitted. Delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information remain the responsibility of the customer.

4. Delivered Shipments

If tracking confirms that a package has been delivered but it cannot be located, customers should:

• Contact the shipping carrier directly

• Check with household members, neighbors, or property management

Once the carrier confirms successful delivery, responsibility transfers to the recipient.


5. Damaged or Faulty Items

If an item arrives damaged or defective, we will review the case and provide assistance where appropriate.

within 48 hours of delivery and include:

• A short description of the issue

• Clear photos of the product

• Photos of the original packaging

Each request is reviewed individually.

If approved, a replacement may be offered. Replacement eligibility is determined based on the condition of the product and the information provided.

Approved refunds, where applicable, will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Processing times may vary depending on the financial institution.
